2、 How to choose antistatic floor?

(1) First of all, the total area of anti-static floor and the quantity of various accessories (standard bracket ratio 1:3.5, standard beam ratio 1:5.2) needed for the construction of computer room should be accurately determined, and the allowance should be left to avoid waste or shortage.

(2) Fully understand the variety and quality of anti-static floor produced by manufacturers, and various technical performance indicators. The technical performance of anti-static floor mainly refers to its mechanical performance and electrical performance. Mechanical properties mainly consider its bearing capacity and wear resistance.

(3) Taking the weight of the heaviest equipment in the machine room as the benchmark to determine the load of the anti-static floor can prevent the permanent deformation or damage of the floor caused by the overweight of the equipment.

(4)The anti-static floor is little affected by the external environment. That is to say, there will be no obvious expansion and contraction due to too high or too low ambient temperature, that is, when the temperature of the machine room is slightly higher, the anti-static floor will expand and cannot be removed or replaced; when the temperature is low, the anti-static floor will shrink and produce looseness. The shrinkage of the anti-static floor affected by the environment should be less than 0.5mm, and the deflection of the board surface should be less than 0.25mm.

3、How to clean and maintain the antistatic floor?

1. Cleaning:

Polish and clean the floor with floor wax water, and then polish and clean the floor with neutral detergent; after cleaning with clean water, quickly dry the floor; after the floor is completely dry, evenly apply anti-static special electrostatic wax water.

2. Maintenance:

(1) Do not scratch or drag the sharp and rough weight on the floor surface, and avoid walking on the floor with shoes with nails.

(2) Do not place chairs with black rubber underlay and other dark objects on the floor, so as to prevent the pollution of black sulfide on the floor.

(3) To set up a light screen, to prevent the floor will change color, deformation.

(4) The floor needs to be kept dry, avoid soaking in water for a long time, resulting in floor degumming.

(5)If there is any oil or dirt on the floor surface, it can be cleaned with decontamination and central detergent. If the local surface is scratched, it can be sanded with fine water sandpaper.
